Emeco are excited to be looking for our next Asset Majors CoOrdinator who will oversee the of all off site asset shutdownsand returntowork (RTW) events. They will work closely with the WA Rental team and other internal teams along with internal & external repairers & vendors to ensure safe efficient compliant and costeffective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with the rental team & relevant parties to confirm & comply with Emeco & client requirements & deadlines .
- Coordinate & review the building of required work scopes & quotes from repairers by gathering & supplying required datainspections etc to ensure a compliantreliablequality & well presented product is produced timely & efficiently.
- Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure the timely approval of RTW events & subsequent progress of the event is communicated.
- Coordinate the timely supply & return of required Emeco supplied components & services etc to repairers to ensure RTW events proceed timely & efficiently.
- Maintain RTW events throughout their durationwith regular communications & site visits with repairers & vendorsregular monitoring of the progress of the eventtimely review & approval of variations & assisting repairers with problem solving & solutions to ensure RTW events proceed timely & efficiently.
- Coordinate the RTW on hire process to ensure the quality of the product & required documentation etc meets Emecos & the clients requirements & deadlines.
- Planning & coordinating of future RTW events so that events can be actioned by the stakeholdersrepairers & vendors when required.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure assets meet Emecos safety and operational standards post RTW event.
- Commitment to our health and safety culture always ensuring compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant nationally recognized trade qualification.
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management (preferable).
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a Planning/Coordinator role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage & coordinate maintenance projects and effectively liaise with vendorsclients & relevant parties.
- Strong understanding of operational standards and mobile plant management.
