We are Surface Experts one of the nations fastest growing franchises. We do small surface repairs for apartment buildings vacation rentals hotels and more.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an artistic and talented team member to join our Field Artisan group in the central Phoenix market to service our growing customer base. The nature of the work requires that all of our staff pass a color blindness test as color matching is one of the more critical steps in our process. Our process does not require heavy lifting but it is a handson technical yet artistic process where you can truly see the value of your work! We are in the business of making our clients look good!
What we offer:
We offer a very competitive base pay with bonus opportunity! Each Full Time Field Artisan is also eligible to receive company car after a 90day probationary period or car allowance.

About Surface Experts
Surface Experts is an allinclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors Countertops Bathtubs Cabinets Appliances Furniture Elevator Panels Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a longterm relationship. We focus on saving our customers time money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
