The primary role of a Field Service Technician is to provide repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach Process and Laboratory Analytical equipment while promoting customer satisfaction and maintenance contract growth across the region.
This position is part of the Service Department located in Dandenong South Victoria and will be onsite and remote
In this role a typical day will look like:
The essential requirements of the job include:
Trade certificate or 5 years experience in Instrumentation or process control systems required.
Restricted Electrical or Full Electrical License preferred.
Mastery of PM diagnostics & repair on other products to fulfil customer requirements within the territory.
Experience in a commercial Service role with metrics and monitored KPI performance preferred.
Candidate must have the right to live and work in Australia.
