The Principal Architect System embodies a nuanced role serving as a strategist architect designer analyst customer advocate and influential leader in both business and technology realms. This dynamic individual excels in encouraging professional relationships and is instrumental in leading the of TMobiles Procurement and Supply Chain businessIT priorities. These encompass critical processes such as Supply Planning Demand Planning Order to Cash Procure to Pay Device Lifecycle Management Reference Data and Inventory Management.
Knowledge of ERP applications especially of Oracle ERP and SAP is highly valued.
The Principal Systems Architect would be responsible for:
Crafting creative and scalable systems and software solutions that address business/technical needs or challenges related to Oracle ERP conversion and integration.
Defines and maintains architecture and technology standards and practices for applications middleware and databases including both inhouse development as well as thirdparty applications.
Provides mentorship and direction to project teams to ensure compliance with the standards and recommended practices.
Evaluates and recommends technologies and techniques for applicability to TMobile systems.
Prior experience working with APIs Microservices databases and digital architecture and Oracle ERP is required. As the key steward of these critical components the Principal Architect Technical is entrusted with ultimate accountability responsibility and ownership to build outstanding solutions. This position will work very closely Leadership Principal Architects and Development team members to build out and implement the Platform Strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Understands the business processes on projects assigned and provides technologyarchitectural solutions roadmaps POCs and builds architectural catalog.
- Ability to think future state where does supply chain of the future require. Design and layout steps to achieve while taking incremental steps
- Translates business requirements and processes into technical requirements and assist other team members in implementing the solution.
- Provide direct technical evaluation of thirdparty products for inclusion in TMobile solutions.
- Help define software development processes related to ERP evaluation and integration.
- Serve as a technical resource for business teams to help define estimate and recommend optimized solutions for business opportunities.
- Develop proofsofconcept and prototypes to help illustrate approaches to technology and business problems.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define service delivery landscape.
- Present solutions to clients project teams and other partners adapting style to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Mentor team members including on standard processes. Identify and suggest training opportunities for immediate workgroup to help promote bench strength.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree Computer science or related field.
- Technology certifications (such as Java Microsoft Oracle) a plus
Work Experience:
- 710 years Experience as software or systems architect crafting Oracle ERP solutions with APIs Kubernetes Microservices eventbased frameworks databases and digital architecture especially with an eye toward cyber security.
- 47 years Experience in Supply Chain Domain architecture and design preferably with background in Oracle Supply Chain Suite. (OTC PTD STP as primary) Has been involved in 3rd party system integrations.
- 47 years Experience in web experience management technologies selfservice search analytics and marketing automation preferably with knowledge of AI/ML solutions.
- 47 years Experience in architecture and design of mobile web applications including responsive design and hybrid model for device native applications.
- Exposure to legacy technologies payment systems EDI SOAP services

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
