REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelors degree and significant progress toward an advanced degree in Guidance and Counseling Social Work or Psychology is required
Experience: Classroom or related experiences with disadvantaged youth from rural areas
Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills; energetic; responsible; creative; knowledge of effective teaching and learning processes; ability to work with high school students; maintain confidentiality; effective communication skills (written oral and interpersonal with an emphasis in relating to student needs); individual and group advising skills; ability to work with a variety of learners needs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:This position works in airconditioned shared office and/or classroom setting
