Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to lead our Salesforce Cloud projects focused on the Customer 360 journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce Cloud projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to plan execute and monitor project progress.
- Work with procurement teams to manage vendor selection evaluations and contract negotiations ensuring the best outcomes for the business.
- Lead thediscovery phaseof IT projects by gathering detailed business requirements analyzing current systems and documenting the objectives and scope of the project.
- Create a governance model for decisionmaking resource allocation compliance risk management and ensuring alignment between IT and business leadership.
- Manage and track the overall project budget ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively costs are monitored throughout the project lifecycle and any budgetary adjustments are communicated to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Facilitate regular project meetings including daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing Salesforce Cloud projects.
- Strong understanding of both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA Asana or Microsoft Project.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP ACP or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with Customer 360 journey and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
