Job Description

The Creator Marketing teams vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies across the Creator community covering the full funnel of attracting retaining and educating creators. Were looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key job responsibilities
As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager Retail Partnerships you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth on Amazon through Creator (influencer and publisher) partnerships. In this role you will partner with crossAmazon retail teams to amplify strategic branded activations through Creators set new to Amazon brands up for success within the Creators channel and drive influence in Amazon launches based on Creator interest. You will work cross functionally with business teams product engineering analytics and crossAmazon retail marketing teams to directly impact business growth through Creators. You must be a selfstarter thrive in fastpaced environments and driven by the opportunity to test learn and innovate.

6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
