Warehouse Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for analyzing designing and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead crossfunctional initiatives use datadriven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to optimize business operations. You will collaborate across teams drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence to support the companys goals.

• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve process bottlenecks and operational challenges.
• Provide training and mentorship to teams on best practices for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports recommendations and progress updates to senior management.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operations management technologies and practices.
• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging teams to find ways to work more effectively and efficiently.
• Inspire develop and support direct reports and their teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes and drive organizational success.
• Ensure safety quality and efficiency in all optimization initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Have a Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bring 57 years of experience in operations management process improvement or a similar role.
• Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel Power BI or SQL.
• Have experience managing vendor relationships contracts and opex.
• Have experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Have a track record of identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing strategic initiatives that drive measurable results.
• Understand business operations and have experience optimizing processes in a fastpaced environment.
