The Senior Program Manager OnRoad Staffing (ORS) Field Funnel Ops (FFO) is an omnipurpose role that is crossfunctionally strategic analytical and influential. The scope of impact spans globally across NA and LATAM directly supporting an organization of over 65 DSPs. This position requires a tenacious individual with the ability to influence functional stakeholders from within ORS Ops Production Planning Team (PPT) and Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program teams. The Senior Program Manager serves as the tactical and strategic partner to the FFO team transforming the organization to drive efficient highvisibility work that maximizes OnRoad Staffing (ORS) organizational impact.
The incumbent of this role is instrumental in establishing and inspecting the structures and mechanisms that drive goal achievement business change management organizational design and the impact of service and support management for DSPs. Strategic thinking and planning are crucial as the Senior Program Manager owns the DSP hiring event (HE) strategy iteration and implementation. They anticipate and plan for future needs and opportunities within the DSP HE selfserve model.
Key job responsibilities
Drive datadriven decision making by leveraging analysis and reporting to inform process improvements and drive organizational changes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and deploy automation solutions that enhance the FFO operations.
Lead change management processes within the FFO team and across ORS Ops and DSP program demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to drive acceptance and adoption.
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively both verbally and in writing
2 years of owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience defining and executing program requirements
