Job Description
Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the AI/GenAI and Machine Learning team for Amazons OpsTech Infrastructure Engineering team. The vision for our organization is to be the invisible scaffolding to provide Amazons network and device infrastructure for Global Operations. We deliver flexible lowtouch costefficient infrastructure products by leveraging data analytics and automation to build a highly scalable and accessible network. If you are passionate about working with big data have a passion for AIOps or AINetOps and thrive in a collaborative innovative environment we want to hear from you.
As a member of the core team you will need to coordinate across this network of teams and own delivery of the AI/GenAI/ML initiatives. Using your technical background you will need to understand implementation challenges of each organization and team and find ways to solve these while also earning trust with senior management to drive adoption from the top down.

Drive requirements and endtoend project for AI/ML initiatives.
Perform independent and objective riskbased impact assessments.
Lead cross functional development from design through delivery.
Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver supporting science and software in sync with launch timelines.
Communicate regularly and timely with senior management on status risks and change control.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
5 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
3 years of software development experience
