We are seeking an experienced detail oriented hands on Creative Project Manager to support the creation of content within North America Stores Creative. This role is instrumental in delivering engaging experiences for our customers and creating barraising creative in conjunction with our creative and marketing partners. This candidate should be comfortable working crossfunctionally managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are hit while working with marketing partners to adjust schedules when needed. They should be comfortable leading internal and agencyproduced work and being the key project driver with internal stakeholders.

Manage multiple parallel projects working with designers writers developers business leaders and external vendors.
Manage endtoend process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria schedules stages and gates and stakeholders role and responsibilities.
Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
Uphold standards and best practices methods.
Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects knows the project vision objectives and requirements.
Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the creative team.
Communicate to the creative team project status flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
Create maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
Remove roadblocks disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders
improvements where relevant.
Onboard and manage external vendor resources.
4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
Experience managing or working within crossfunctional marketing and creative teams
Experience in multiterritory campaign management
Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
