Senior Technical Program Manager - Amazon Music Amazon Music Subscriptions Team

The Amazon Music Subscriptions Payments team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager. This team is responsible for making it easy and secure for Amazon Music customers to successfully pay for our premium service using their preferred payment method for as long as they want.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to drive full stack solutions including; designing implementation and testing. Payments workstreams include involuntary churn mitigation fraud reduction launch and acceleration of new payment methods for AMU externallymanaged payments such as iOS inapp purchase and Google Play Billing.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience building and evaluating systemlevel technical design
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
