As a Tech Integrations Manager youll play a crucial role in optimizing inventory movement from overseas to our warehouses shaping the future of global logistics. Key job responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of EDI integrations and technical solutions for global logistics
Manage crossfunctional projects balancing business needs with technical constraints
Anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management and make strategic tradeoffs
Ensure the scalability and reliability of systems that form the backbone of operational processes
Guide and mentor development teams in designing and architecting business software solutions
A day in the life
As a Tech Integrations Manager youll start your day collaborating with crossfunctional teams to prioritize projects and address any urgent issues. Youll spend time reviewing EDI integration designs providing technical guidance to your team and participating in strategy sessions to align technology initiatives with business goals. Throughout the day youll be problemsolving making datadriven decisions and ensuring that projects stay on track. Youll also have the opportunity to explore and propose innovative solutions that can enhance Amazons global logistics capabilities.

5 years of Technical Program Management experience with related technologies
5 years handson experience building software solutions within current industry standard technologies
5 years of advanced EDI/XML integrations and communications knowledge
3 years experience leading development teams to design/architect business software solutions
Proficiency in current web development technologies and serviceoriented architecture
Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Word Excel and Project
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Track record of shipping software on time and understanding of software development in a team setting
3 years of coding experience in EDI SQL Tableau Java C or Perl
5 years of advanced EDI/XML integrations knowledge in Transportation and Logistics industry
Experience building largescale solutions across integrated and distributed systems

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201200/year in our highest geographic market.
