About the role:
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated real estate matters.
- Work on significant transactions including drafting and reviewing contracts leases and agreements for lease and conducting due diligence.
- Be part of settlements negotiations and court proceedings driving results for premium clients.
The ideal candidate:
- An experienced real estate lawyer with 36 years PQE from a reputable firm.
- You hold a law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university with strong academic results.
- Commercially savvy delivering clientfocused solutions with a strategic mindset.
- A strong communicator adept at time management and problemsolving.
- A team player who collaborates effectively and is confident working autonomously under supervision.
