Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team and drive the development of AIpowered financial products and features. In this role you will design and maintain AI infrastructure optimize machine learning models and integrate cuttingedge LLM solutions into production. Key Responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Innovation: Help drive Kikoffs AI strategy by influencing technical and product decisions and proposing AIdriven solutions to business and user problems.
AI Infrastructure & Operations: Design build and maintain robust AI infrastructure including data pipelines model deployment and monitoring.
Technical Evaluation: Assess and select AI/ML tools frameworks and vendors to enhance our capabilities.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists engineers and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems.
Model Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor evaluate and refine deployed models to meet accuracy and efficiency goals.
Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments to optimize AI and product performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Experience: At least 5 years in software engineering with a proven track record of deploying AI (preferably LLMbased) solutions in production.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Python or Ruby.
Deep understanding of data structures algorithms and software design.
Experience with LLM techniques including prompt engineering.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Strong analytical skills with experience in predictive modeling statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively
