Job Description

Connor Group is hiring remote professionals for this position with the obligation to work onsite at a client location when required. Additionally professionals may utilize our offices across the U.S. if one is available in your area and your personal situation warrants it.

Are you an intellectually curious detailoriented professional who enjoys producing innovative solutions to complex business issues Connor Group is seeking professionals who want to build upon their existing accounting operational and industry experience. We execute projects that add value to our clients finance accounting and operations departments. From complex technical accounting and financial reporting issues to software implementation and automation joining Connor Group will help you exponentially develop your career and broaden your experience base.

Connor Group is a specialized professional services firm of Big 4 alumni and industry executives. Our highly experienced professionals assist financial executives with their most complex business needs including Accounting Advisory Financial Operations IPO M&A and Managed Services.

Responsibilities

Documenting ITGC controls & policies
Performing ITGC controls walkthroughs and/or testing; evaluating results identifying risk exposure and documenting proposed remediation strategies
Have a reasonable grasp of the key ITGC domains namely: User Access Provisioning & Administration Change Management IT operations (including data integrations & processing)

Desired Skills & Experience

Internal audit or external audit background with a strong interest in learning ITGCs
GPA of 3.5 or better
Rated top 25 of Big Four class
Bachelors degree required business degree with concentration/emphasis in Information Systems ideal
Some travel is required (about 25
