What Youll Do

As a Sales Operations Commissions Analyst II you will:

  • Manage analyze and resolve datarelated issues.
  • Develop and design Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics to track and use for commercial enhancements.
  • Compile data from a variety of applications systems and sources to create/summarize for analysis.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to solve business problems or service requests using SQL and other similar tools.
  • Contributes to the development of incentive plans and objectives.
  • Manages field bonus calculations supports the monthly commission calculations and communicates achievements directly with the commercial team.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and improvement of the organization by identifying resolving and eliminating process problems.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration Finance Math or other quantitative disciplines.
  • At least 24 years of related work experience in the MedTech industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills are required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables) MS Access MS PowerPoint ERP systems SQL CRM systems and database extraction required.
