The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing implementing and overseeing programs that enhance employee skills leadership capabilities and career growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent within the Talent Division this role is responsible for building the learning and development architecture from the ground up including the selection and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS).
This position will establish career development pathways for all functions and deliver leadership technical and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) training. The L&D Manager will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence. Strong analytical and system skills are critical for this role to measure training impact and ensure alignment with business needs. The L&D Manager is expected to work onsite delivering learning training to Managers and frontline employees. This position plays an essential role in creating a performancedriven culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Experience:
Five 5 yearsof experience in Learning & Development Talent Development or a related HR function.
Proven experience building L&D programs from the ground up including LMS selection and implementation.
