Job Description
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.
Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Youll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities
Content Management & Documentation: Manage maintain and enhance content management systems particularly those using reStructuredText (reST) for data centerspecific designs and products. Implement document templates and standardization across the entire data center infrastructure product line. Support the document change process and the periodic release of design documentation.
Technical Writing & Dissemination: Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation including user guides API reference materials and FAQs. Disseminate this information among engineers program managers product managers and technical account managers.
Frontend Architecture Optimization: Work with stakeholders to architect and maintain scalable web application using modern web development practices. Utilize technologies such as React/ TypeScript and modern build tools to develop performant singlepage applications. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments to AWS S3/CloudFront including cache invalidation strategies and proper versioning. Experience with frontend performance monitoring (Core Web Vitals Lighthouse) content optimization (image/asset optimization lazy loading). Knowledge of security best practices including CORS configuration and SSL/TLS management.
Repository & Portal Management: Oversee central gitbased repositories for technical documentation ensuring they are wellorganized and secure. Continuously manage and enhance the graphical user interface (GUI) portal (HTML CSS JavaScript) to maintain its effectiveness.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of highquality standardized documentation and data center solutions.

5 years of experience managing and improving content management systems preferably leveraging reStructuredText (reST).
3 years of experience in developing and optimizing business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau SQL AWS Redshift S3 QuickSight and Smartsheet.
3 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable ETL pipelines and data infrastructure to support comprehensive analysis and decisionmaking.
Proven ability to identify and address gaps in documentation and data processes
Experience leveraging AWS Resources
Expertise in document control processes including template implementation standardization document change management and repository oversight.
Proven track record of managing technical programs and crossfunctional teams.
