ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client a wellknown Energy company is seeking for a Senior Business Analyst.
Location: Athens City Center (Near Metro Station)
Working Model: Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home)
You will be reporting to: Digital Services Manager
What you will do:
As a Senior Business Analyst you willjoin the companys dynamic team and lead the analysis and support of digital transformation initiatives. In this role you will play a key part in shaping and developing digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
More specifically you will:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements.
- Develop detailed business and functional specifications for:
- Digital applicationsand online customer contract platforms
- Automated systems supporting loyalty and rewards programs
- Customer service portals (web & mobile) for selfservice and realtime information
- Digital appointment scheduling and management platforms
- Work closely with the Project Certification team to:
- Analyze system issues and failed scenarios in production environments
- Propose and implement effective solutions and optimizations
- Coordinate thirdparty system integrations to ensure seamless and scalable functionality
Requirements
- A BSc/MScdegree in Computer Science Business Administration Engineering or a related field
- 7 years of experience in business analysis roles within digital projects
- Proven experience designing and delivering web and mobile applications as well as CRM or ERP systems
- Strong ability to write and translate business needs into clear actionable specifications
- Handson experience with JIRA Confluence or other project collaboration tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
It will be considered an asset any of the following
- A Masters degree in Business Analysis or Project Management
- Understanding of the Energy sector market trends and customer needs
