The Department of Anesthesiology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School seeks a qualified General Anesthesiologist for a fulltime position as Assistant Professor NonTenure Track. Duties include onsite anesthesia services to adult patients at University Hospital; intraoperative and didactic teaching of residents; participation in Faculty Development programs; working collaboratively with the members of the surgical services both clinically and administratively; contributing to research that forwards the discipline academically and clinically. Qualified applicants must: 1. Have a medical doctorate or equivalent 2. Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey and 3. Be a BC/BE Anesthesiologist. Candidates on J1 VISA are welcome to apply. The effective day of the appointment is September 1st 2024.
