Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: Leeds (Hybrid 3 days in office a week)
What Youll Do
Drive customer retention and engagement by executing datadriven personalised CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Execute multichannel CRM campaigns including email SMS push notifications and onsite personalisation.
- Create customer segments and personalise communications to drive engagement retention and conversion.
- Set up and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys.
- Analyse campaign performance using datadriven insights to optimise strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging creative and segmentation.
- Collaborate with marketing ecommerce and data teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
- Leverage Bloomreach (Exponea) for segmentation insights and campaign .
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and best practices for data privacy.
What Youll Bring
- 12 years of experience in CRM Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Handson experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or similar CDP.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for customer engagement.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in CRM innovations.
