We are looking for a dynamic organized selfstarter to join our WW Food Safety and Compliance team as a Senior Traceability Program Manager. This position will focus on partnering with our technical business and operations stakeholders to coordinate the rollout of new product features across our grocery fulfillment network to support food traceability initiatives.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills strong customer obsession and a track record of operating in a dynamic environment. You must also be comfortable dealing with ambiguity be willing to take the lead in solving crossfunctional business problems and feel motivated by a fastpaced startup environment where having an ownership mindset is critical to success.
Key job responsibilities
Work with business and operations stakeholders to develop and execute a rollout plan for new product features to support food traceability compliance requirements
Support publication of vendor/sellerfacing policies and educational content to help Selling Partners better understand and comply with our food traceability requirements
Conduct targeted outreach with strategic vendors/sellers to improve traceability datasharing and gather feedback on their traceability compliance plans
Work with operations and tech teams to develop pilot testing/data quality audits and use those learnings to drive continuous process improvement
Track and report metrics/key learnings to leadership and program partners as part of monthly business reviews and VPlevel goal reporting
Develop goals KPIs and metrics to track program health and progress. Effectively communicate challenges/roadblocks progress and success to business and leadership teams
This role will be focused on US food traceability but you will develop and share subject matter expertise with WW Food Safety leaders to help improve regional traceability compliance
A day in the life
In this role you will be elevating Food Safety compliance standards across Amazons network of Distribution and Retail/Grocery Fulfillment sites. Your typical day will blend strategic planning with innovative program development. You will work with a diverse range of crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of program changes. Youll analyze key program metrics and look for proactive opportunities to continuously enhance our processes. Bachelors degree or equivalent
5 years of experience in compliance audit or risk management programs
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Experience managing vendor and/or seller relationships
Experience writing publishing and managing customerfacing content
Knowledge about Advance Shipment Notifications (ASN) and EDI 856
Experience using SQL in a business environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $198300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
