Our client a boutique venture capital firm (with some impressive portfolio companies under their belt) is seeking a career EA to provide seamless administrative and personal support to their Founder/GP.
In this highly visible role you will be embedded into the Founders daytoday ensuring operations run smoothly and contributing to the overall collegial working environment.

The Role: Executive Personal Assistant to Founder
The Location: San Francisco CA (Onsite)

DaytoDay:
- High volume calendar management and scheduling for business and personal meetings/appointments
- Arrange travel logistics for Founder and household staff as need
- Oversee art collection and other assets
- Curate a positive and caring environment for the team
- Plan events and coordinate logistics
- Board & portfolio company coordination
- Provide ad hoc personal support to Principal
