Job Description
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative you will engage with clients visiting our wedding site responding to inquiries and guiding them through our services. Your role involves providing exceptional customer support processing service requests and ensuring a seamless experience. Strong communication skills attention to detail and business process knowledge are essential.

Shift: Day Shift; Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Salary: PHP 35000 to PHP 55000
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
Your Daily Tasks
- Engage with customers visiting the wedding site and respond to their inquiries.
- Review and assess lead submissions (forms emails and online quote requests) to identify missing information.
- Collect and organize necessary details to create accurate and comprehensive quotes for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist customers in understanding and selecting the company s offerings and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize the company s intranet and video resources to stay updated on processes and procedures.
Requirements

- 14 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Hospitality experience in hotel functions or event coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

- Basic understanding of business operations and processes.
- Adaptable and resourceful with a strong work ethic and ability to handle fastpaced environments.
- Availability to work on Tuesdays for training and meetings.
