Business Excellence Partner

We are recruiting a Business Excellence Partner to join our diverse team in Citywest Dublin. 

The Business Excellence Partner is a strategic operational and hands on role with responsibility for advancing affiliate performance across Brand Excellence In Field Team Excellence & Business Excellence. This role will support the Business Excellence Lead to deliver impactful solutions across cross functional teams driving operations and capabilities through governance and strategic frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving excellence across these areas with strong expertise in brand strategy stakeholder engagement and the adoption of digital and data tools. They will act as an enabler of high performing teams to deliver results across the affiliate.

Brand Excellence

• Train and support brand teams in developing and implementing brand strategy frameworks and governance processes
• Deliver tailored workshops and programs to elevate brand planning and capabilities
• Collaborate with teams to align brand strategies with organisational objectives and market opportunities

In Field Team Excellence

• Provide strategic guidance and tools to enhance in field team performance and customer engagement strategies
• Drive the adoption of digital tools and data driven insights to optimise in field team
• Support governance processes to ensure consistency and impact across in field initiatives

Business Excellence

• Implement and optimise workflows and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiencies
• Support longterm strategies that ensure sustainable growth and drive continuous improvement across teams and functions
• Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration to ensure alignment with both current objectives and future organisational priorities.
• Supports change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools processes or strategies.

Coaching & Capability Building

• Work with the Business Excellence Lead to develop and deliver coaching programs to enhance individual and team competencies
• Build a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in business Marketing Life Sciences or a related field (Masters degree desired)
• 5 years of experience in brand management In Field Team Excellence business excellence or related roles in the Pharmaceutical life sciences or healthcare sector.
• Indepth knowledge of brand strategy change management frameworks and their practical application.
• Experience with digital and data tools for strategy planning and (e.g. CRM systems and analytics platforms)
