Starting Pay Rates:
1st Shift: $18.42/hour. After a 3month probationary period increased to $19.42/hour.
Working Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Monday Friday. Overtime as needed.

We are looking for quality candidates for our fastpaced and handson manufacturing positions. You will be manufacturing high quality boots and shoes for a premium American Shoemaker. *Overtime may be required for Production Operators which could extend working hours beyond 40 hours per week.
Qualifications :
We will train for all positions no previous experience required. Basic qualifications include ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds frequently stand twist bend grasp work in a very fast paced environment and work effectively as a team. Previous experience in woodworking auto repair industrial sewing carpentry or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required.
