Job Description
Amazon is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel attorney to provide legal advice and counseling on technology transactions and general commercial matters for its Ring Blink Key and Sidewalk businesses. This attorney will support Amazons senior management technology and engineering marketing customer support business development sales supply chain and information security teams.
Key job responsibilities
Structuring drafting and negotiating licensing agreements and a wide range of commercial agreements
Providing support to the business on other legal matters on an asneeded basis
Some travel domestic and international may be required.
2 years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
Experience in web services/cloud computing software licensing telecommunications or equivalent
Frequent direct communication with business clients
Ability to demonstrate great judgment even in ambiguous situations
Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully in a team setting
Excellent organizational skills ability to manage multiple projects at once follow through and meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
