Job Description
Amazons Last Mile Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is responsible for delivering packages (and smiles) to households/businesses across the planet. Our finance team closely partners to support this rapidly expanding business while building a portfolio of delivery stations vans and technology to deliver customers packages on time often next day sometimes faster. We augment our traditional deliver by van with other models including Amazon Flex (gig economy drivers) Amazon Lockers and more all designed to deliver smiles to our customers. You will make history as you help build one of the largest carriers on the planet.
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to drive strategic financial initiatives supporting our Americas DSP program team. This role will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy delivering insights and enabling datadriven decision making for our DSP business and will touch all aspects of the DSP lifecycle including acquisition on boarding capacity planning safety accountability performance management business coaching and more.
A typical day in this role will involve influencing DSP program team on high stake business decisions through well thought out databacked analyses and collaborating extensively with finance stakeholders across Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Impact
Lead highvisibility strategic finance projects that directly influence our DSP programs success and efficiency
Partner with senior leadership to shape business strategy through datadriven financial insights

Architect sophisticated financial models that power multimillion dollar business decisions
Design and maintain dynamic forecasting frameworks that guide our programs future
Lead quarterly business reviews that drive strategic planning and resource allocation

Create scalable financial processes that support our rapidly growing business
Develop innovative frameworks for financial analysis and reporting
Identify and optimize key business drivers to maximize performance

Shape team culture through collaborative leadership and positive influence
Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science)
5 years of finance experience or Masters degree and 3 years of finance experience
MBA or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results
6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits) experience
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
