About the Role:

Ready to fire up your career Were on the hunt for a Talent Partner to join our sizzling team! This isnt your average recruitment gig youll dive into the full talent management lifecycle from attracting and acquiring top talent to workforce management. Reporting to the Head of Talent youll recruit the best for our restaurants and support office all while driving exciting talent projects and initiatives.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Be a Grilld Guru: Be a business partner to our Operations team to recruit leaders for our restaurants. Use your proactive and strategic sourcing skills to find the perfect Restaurant Managers and build a strong talent pipeline. Youll be flipping through resumes faster than we flip burgers!
• Office AllStar: Collaborate with various business units within our Support Office to recruit for corporate roles and provide topnotch recruitment guidance.
• Project Powerhouse: Help deliver key talent initiatives by cooking up some awesome projects. Work crossfunctionally with the broader People team to bring these initiatives to life as well as participate in large volume recruitment drives for seasonal Team Member hiring.
• Flip the Recruitment Script: We like to do things differently at Grilld so be prepared to help create WOW experiences in everything that we do.

What Were Looking For:

• Recruitment Rockstar: Youve mastered the full recruitment menu whether youve cooked up your skills inhouse or at an agency. Youre not shy about approaching candidates directly and your ability to grill up hires at a fast pace is key. If youve ever worked in hospo or retail even betteryoull totally get what were all about!
• People Person: Youre passionate about providing the best candidate experience and are a true brand advocate for Grilld.
• Communication Champ: Managing stakeholders and candidates is a breeze for you. You build relationships easily and love collaborating with people at all levels.
• Organisational Whiz: With so many moving parts you keep everything running smoothly and are always on top of your game. Youre as organised as a welllayered burger!
