As a senior TPM leader you are a pragmatic visionary that can translate business needs into technology solutions that scale to meet the business needs. You are responsible for driving high quality and enabling innovation. You will work with a team of top talents manage evolving and complex demands including multiple projects with dependencies on other internal organizations. You will draw on customer feedback usage and operational data and your experience leading technology businesses to set and deliver on challenging goals to maintain effective software at scale without hindering our ability to reliably meet our customer promise.

This opportunity requires excellent technical problemsolving and communication skills. This candidate should possess verifiable leadership qualities including being proactive thoughtful thorough decisive and flexible conducting themselves professionally and with integrity at all times. TPM Managers will work with the TPMs by guiding them to go deep on learning their systems and use their knowledge to influence and drive crossteam projects and roadmaps. At the core of the position is leadership and delivery. You will have a strong working knowledge of product architecture technology and thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment.

Qualified candidates have experience in managing high performing individuals building roadmaps defining processes defining projects collecting requirements writing detailed functional and test specifications coordinating efforts to scope schedule and deploy new features sets collaborating across diverse groups as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization.

7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

8 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $147200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $254500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
