We have an exciting new opportunity for a Living Support Manager (NonClinical Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincents Care Services Kew. In this role you will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member the Senior Leadership Team comprising Facility Manager Living Support Manager Clinical Manager and Hospitality Services Manager. The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with other members of the senior team whilst leading and guiding the Living Support Team to support our residents by providing daily personal care enabling residents choices and preferences through daily lifestyle activities.
To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about providing care that is sensitive to individual resident needs and preferences care that is kind compassionate and embraces all aspects of individualised care and choice. You need to have strong communication organisational and leadership skills and have the ability to inspire those around you to go the extra distance to provide the best of care care that is from the heart. You may have a clinical background or you may have a care provision background with a strong understanding of contemporary aged care service
delivery.

Things that work for us:
Previous leadership experience in an aged care home;
Advanced communications skills;
Strong time management skills;
Ability to meet competing and challenging priorities;
Have demonstrated abilities in change management processes;
An understanding on coaching training and developing teams and team culture;
Registration with a professional body or tertiary qualifications and experience in human or community services;
An understanding of the culture and tradition of Catholic Health including a commitment to the Mission Vision and Values of the organisation and an ability to promote the behavioural expectations in line with this philosophy.
