ProSidian Seeks a Automated Web Tester Developer Information Technology (IT116 Engagement Team Senior Consultant Labor Hour Subcontract located Savannah River Site / Aiken South Carolina supporting a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation SRMC) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken SC which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.

Seeking Automated Web Tester Developer candidates (Labor Category: Web Developer II) at Savannah River Site / Aiken South Carolina.  This as a Labor Hour Subcontract or Contract W2 (IRS1099 Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a FullTime ProSidian employed W2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Automated Web Tester Developer (IT116 at Savannah River Site / Aiken South Carolina

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES  Automated Web Tester Developer Information Technology (IT116

The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Business System IT department. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Gathering analyzing and documenting test requirements
• Implementing and maintaining a Seleniumbased web testing framework
• Developing and maintaining test scripts that produce documented test results
• Communicating and implementing industry best practices guidelines and recommendations for web application testing
• Writing and maintaining knowledge base documentation

Qualifications :

Desired Qualifications For Automated Web Tester Developer Information Technology  (IT116 Candidates:

At least 3 years experience in the following technologies is required:

• Selenium or Seleniumbased products
• Chrome
• Web Interfaces i.e. HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Java
• Some combination of Junit Eclipse and Maven

Experience in the following is preferred but not required:

• Git
• Jira
• Confluence

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with minimum of 5 years of experience
• High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of experience

Skills Required

Skills and experience requirements shall minimally include:

• Demonstrated experience and success in implementing Seleniumbased automated web testing at an enterprise level
• Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements for test cases designing test cases and scripting test cases
• Demonstrated experience creating and running Maven builds for Seleniumbased tests
• Demonstrated experience creating and running Junit tests in Eclipse for Seleniumbased tests
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on quality
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices guidelines and recommendations for web application testing

Competencies Required

Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Teamwork skills are important in the highly matrixed project environment

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

Work Hours: A work week will be up to 40 hours based on assigned schedule. Work week excludes SRS holidays. Each workday has a 30minute lunch.
