Treasury Services Lead

The Treasury Services Lead is a crucial position within the Global Treasury Services team responsible for managing and optimizing treasury operations. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external banking partners as well as with supporting strategic Treasury initiatives. It requires strong crossfunctional teamwork to ensure the effective of global Treasury activities. The Treasury Services Lead will oversee operations provide leadership and insight on complex financial issues and guide direct reports.

The role demands a strategic detailfocused professional capable of managing complex treasury operations developing stakeholder relationships and supporting M&A activities within a dynamic global setting.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead a team of two direct reports providing mentorship and development opportunities to nurture talent and achieve departmental goals.
• Manage outsourced treasury functions implement process improvements and oversee the outsourcing of transactional tasks ensuring smooth transitions.
• Process and approve global treasury manual payment requests in accordance with service levels and compliance standards including managing Treasury Bank tables in SAP.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships to enhance treasury operations and perform responsibilities efficiently.
• Oversee Treasury Services SOX and internal controls and support audit requests (SOX Internal Audit and External Audit) ensuring comprehensive and timely responses.
• Supervise Treasury Request Portal service modules ensuring compliance with performance standards.
• Manage and administer escrow accounts including setup maintenance and compliance requirements.
• Oversee Treasury Services processes and provide guidance to the team for inscope invoice payment processing adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and AntiMoney Laundering (AML) requirements and effective management of the abandoned property recovery program ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient management of unclaimed assets.
• Manage global bank account changesincluding openings closings and signer modificationsand oversee the electronic bank account management system to ensure seamless operations and accurate updated information across the organizations accounts.
• Oversee eBank User Portal and associated technologies ensuring reliable access and functionality for global Treasury operations.
• Support the global Customer Credit limits process by preparing Country Risk ratings leading the project for Treasury updating templates and preparing the summary report for the International Finance Committee (IFC).
• Provide oversight for merchant services manage reporting on credit card processing fees and present findings to relevant stakeholders to promote transparency and costeffectiveness.
• Handle global contingent liabilities reporting including bank guarantees and letters of credit through bank portals.
• Oversee global annual recertification processes for critical Treasury Operations controls.
• Assist with due diligence settlements and integration processes related to mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.  CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive and related experience in Treasury or Finance within the multinational company.
• Strong financial analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS products Power BI and SAP Treasury.
• Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
