Job Description
Editorial Manager develop creative content for our clients in collaboration with our team
- design engaging crosschannel formats and content that meet our clients goals and reach their target audiences
- take charge of editorial planning within your team
- create compelling texts videos and other creative assets in English especially for social media in cooperation with colleagues from the Design and Motion departments
- present your innovative solutions confidently and persuasively both in English and German
- advise clients and colleagues on trends and formats in social media
Qualifications :
Team player with several years of experience in agency and client business
- as a native English speaker you create content and coordinate in English but ideally also have C1level proficiency in German
- you have a relevant degree and qualified journalistic training bringing solid journalistic expertise
- as an author specializing in business and management you bring a comprehensive understanding of the challenges large and mediumsized companies encounter
- with your instinct for strategic and crosschannel thinking you harness your passion for writing to craft highquality texts
- by leveraging your expertise in established and social media particularly Instagram and LinkedIn you confidently engage audiences and communicate effectively across these platforms
- experience in measuring success and analyzing data allows you to enhance your content supported by your knowledge of CMS systems.
- your strengths include a high level of creativity strong conceptual thinking and a talent for turning ideas into impactful realities
