LinkedIn is hiring a Manager Strategic Finance to partner with leaders in our Member & Customer Success organization a strategic Finance leader who is adept at advising and influencing key leaders on business growth investment tradeoffs resource management organizational structure and strategic direction.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the financial forecasting for Member & Customer Success (MCS) teams and partnering with key leaders as their strategic financial advisor. You will own the development and operational excellence of headcount and expense forecast models as well as partner xfunctionally with Sales Product HR Marketing Central Finance teams etc. to ensure the financial and operational rigor of the business. You will play a central role in decisions affecting our gotomarket strategy as we accelerate company growth and success at scale. Your finance strategy and accounting expertise will enable you to identify and mitigate issues before they arise to safeguard the integrity of financial models. As a pivotal partner to the MCS teams the clarity energy and results you deliver will be visible across the Global Business Organizations leadership team. This role reports to the senior manager of strategic finance and is a part of the broader monetization strategic finance function on LinkedIn.
This is a highimpact role with extensive leadership exposure. A strong candidate would be able to think independently partner with MCS leaders and their teams to identify opportunities for growth and leverage articulate their financial business case ensure accountability to impact and influence partners across LinkedIn to shape new ideas for driving more efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business Business Analytics Finance or related field AND minimum 5 years of experience in finance finance accounting management consulting investment banking or related field OR equivalent experience.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $123000 to $199000
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
