Job Description
1. Freight Cost Clearance
- Receive new logistics cost billing report from LSP and input into shared folder format file as required template
- Factual check data between shipping document and LSP logistics excel template identify any discrepancy
- Complete forwarder report upon cost confirmation with LSP
- Input cost element into Finance file in share point to save data
- Istar closer on system
- Input bonded permit data and impex shipping data.
2. Brokerage Operation
- Support on preparing documents related to Customs clearance procedure
- Follow customs process to perform duty payment. Document all payment into required approval platform
- Inform local sales team about incoming shipments
- Collect data and upload monthly KPI reports
- Other adhoc tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
Qualifications :
- 3rd/Final year student majoring in Foreign Trade Supply Chain Logistics
- No working experiences required; however students with logistics related activities are a plus
- Mandatory: Vietnamese & English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook)
- Candidates with Time Management and Task Management skills are preferred
- Highly organized proactive with can do attitude
- Communicate effectively with a high attention to details
- High sense of discipline and confidentiality
- Be able to work fulltime
