In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for project management construction administration and design reviews on new and existing projects.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be work onsite.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- 7 years of experience in a project architect/job captain role
- RA preferred
- Revit experience able to review drawings and make revision if needed.
- Experience with commercial and industrial projects knowledge of curtainwalls building storefronts roofing etc..
- Responsible for coming up with initial designs putting together construction documents and assisting in construction administration
