Job Description
Bemana is hiring for an Industrial Sales Representative for a familyowned metal recycling company servicing the Gulf Coast Region.

BENEFITS:
- Pay: $100k $110k/year base salary. If your target pay is higher we still encourage you to applywe could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline progress.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5 years in industrial sales experience preferably in the petrochemical refinery or other related industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Teamoriented mindset.
- Selfstarter with a proactive attitude.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
