About the Role
Are you ready to play a key role at Tabcorp and lead our General Accounting team within Finance Operations. Were looking for a resultsdriven and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join us. Reporting to the Head of Finance youll lead an onshore and offshore finance team ensuring the accuracy efficiency and integrity of Tabcorps financial reporting and compliance. Your leadership will drive process excellence and support strategic initiatives that contribute to Tabcorps financial success.
Specifically you will:
- lead and develop a highperforming onshore (Melbournebased) and offshore finance team ensuring timely and accurate general ledger accounting across the enterprise;
- oversee review and authorise journal entries and account reconciliations using Oracle Fusion and ARCS;
- provide trusted business advisory support and be a key liaison with external auditors internal stakeholders and senior management;
- lead Tabcorps Legal Entity Review (LER) process and ensure all supporting financial analysis is completed;
- drive finance process improvements efficiencies and automation initiatives to deliver better business outcomes; and
- support the Head of Finance in executing key finance transformation and improvement projects.

- proven ability to lead coach and mentor teams manage change and deliver process improvement initiatives in a shared service or BPO environment;
- proven experience managing finance operations within large complex corporate environments;
- demonstrated expertise in financial accounting and audit practices with strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards;
- excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate influence and negotiate effectively at senior levels;
