Job Description
As a Mother Teacher you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in teaching and be familiar with the K12 school lifecycle. This is a fulltime position based in Ellore Andhra Pradesh India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in teaching.
- Strong knowledge of child development and ageappropriate teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
- Experience in monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Demonstrated ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools for instruction and assessment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and supportive environment for young learners.
- Plan and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations.
- Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement educational strategies.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance behavior and academic performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with current educational practices.
