Housing Manager Lateral Move

Working 36.5 hours per week
This is an opportunity to join Birmingham City Councils Housing Management Service and provide a real difference for the tenants of this city. This is a vital role managing a team to deliver Tenancy Management Antisocial Behaviour Investigation and Enforcement and managing Estate Services.
Housing is currently going through a Service redesign and you will be responsible for supporting your team through this Journey. You will be responsible for Managing a number of staff directly and indirectly in line with BCC HR Policies and Procedures.
The role will report to a Senior Service Manager and will be part of a team.
It is important that you are able to manage your time effectively dealing with conflicting priorities and enquiries on a daily basis. Being able to problem solve effectively in order to resolve issues at the earliest opportunity.
