The Opportunity:
As a Designer your role involves developing innovative design solutions that effectively meet our clients needs. You will collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and execute designs across a broad range of media and platforms all while mentoring junior designers in the team.
What youll be doing:
- Create and implement innovative design solutions across all channels media and platforms.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers in the team driving highquality output.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Media Teams to ensure the delivery of excellent creative work.
- Continuously refine our processes by examining workflow inputs and outputs to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize design software to execute creative projects while adhering to brand guidelines.
What were looking for:
- A degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a design role preferably within an agency or similar dynamic environment.
- Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of design principles and practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Exceptional communication skills able to effectively collaborate within a team.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
- Passion for design with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to staying updated with design trends and industry practices.
