Job Description

Objective:
A role based on leading and managing Demireks Gmbh area operations in Germany. Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly. Monitoring performance at all levels. Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
Responsibilities:
Carry out the management activities regularly and to regulate the internal policies and procedures of the institution in accordance with the vision and mission of the company
Establish corporate goals and manage the organization to achieve these goals
Analyze the profitability and efficiency criteria of the company and get reports from the relevant departments in this direction
Make analytical plans by taking reports on all income and expense analyzes of the company
Present the companys annual reports financial statements annual budgets and other projects to the board of directors
Ensure interdepartmental coordination by supervising the work of the units and increasing the effectiveness of interdepartmental communication
Give a business plan to the departments within the company within the framework of their authority and to analyze the implementation and control of the area.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent combination of education
At least 57 years of experience in same or similar role (ceramic tiles sector is preferred)
Excellent presentation oral written and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact and negotiate with internal and external customers and business contacts at all organizational levels
Demonstrated people management and effective customer relations skills
Ability to gather assemble correlate analyze and draw conclusions from industry general business and statistical and financial data
Proficient using a PC thorough understanding of MS Office tools and database systems
Fluent English and German (Turkish knowledge is an asset)
Valid drivers license.
