What you will be doing
As part of our RnD team you will lead the selection testing and optimization of measurement systems to develop new features and new products. These will have a true impact on the life of hundred of thousands of women. This role involves close collaboration with development and industrialization teams to implement effective testing and production strategies that enhance product quality and user satisfaction.
Innovate and develop new features in collaboration with the product team to improve our products.
Select and design the best sensors acquisition systems and mechanical integration to ensure that our products remain best in class.
Develop and implement experimental protocols to evaluate the performance of our new features.
Document and share experimental results with the team.
Oversee production transfer of tested solutions in close collaboration with the industrialisation team to make sure that the productionline performance tests are accurately testing our products and ensure an optimal performancetocost ratio.
Stay ahead of industry trends testing innovative solutions to maintain our market leadership
