As a Senior Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technology platforms and programs to ensure operational excellence and effective program governance. You will play a critical role in implementing frameworks supporting compliance and driving key metrics to achieve organizational goals. The role entails close collaboration with technology and business leaders finance HR and other portfolio management teams.
We seek a candidate who demonstrates a balance of software engineering understanding technology operations effective business acumen and agile project management expertise. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for efficiency and sustainability have the ability to make decisive datadriven decisions and exhibit strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Governance:
Drive the planning and of the annual Operational Process (OP) process.
Drive the planning and of the quarterly Enterprise Change Review (ECR) process.
Oversee the planning and of platform and program steering activities.
Manage and publish the Platform Metrics with target to automate it.
Ensure all reporting and compliance activities are managed through JIRA.
Ensure reporting and dependency management for key initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
Implement an operational excellence framework for critical applications.
Establish and govern the support L1L3 support model for all applications and ensure smooth operations.
Ensure Service Level Objectives (SLOs) Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Golden Signals are established.
Ensure implementation of engineering excelling frameworks such as DORA
Establish structured compliance governance for effective risk management.
Page 0 Tech Metrics:
Deliver on Page 0 Tech metrics including modernization uptime Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and cyber risk management.
What We Are Looking For:
10 years of experience in product development project and program management or management consulting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of engaging with all organizational levels up to SVPs.
Ability to facilitate ongoing prioritization discussions obtain consensus among stakeholders and carry those decisions through to communication materials with refresh as needed
Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork issue resolution negotiation and relationship management. Ability to demonstrate value by alleviating communications and portfolio prioritization workload(s)
Proficiency in agile project management and data analytics for creating effective project plans and criteria.
Proficiency in tools like MS Project Excel JIRA Confluence MIRO and writing SQL queries to extract and analyse data
Strong independent drive and goalorientation as well as a high level of integrity combined with the ability to set and meet deadlines
Problemsolving and conflictresolution ability
Fluent in English
Strong ownership of projects with cando attitude
Intrinsically motivated selfstarter with a growth mind set and positive outlook
Able to work under uncertainty and ambiguity
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
