Job Description
Seeking a Head of Insurance.
Duties & Responsibilities
This pivotal role involves overseeing the supervision of large complex financial groups and conglomerates including systemically important financial institutions (SIFIs) with a focus on promoting financial stability enhancing governance and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction and supervision of financial conglomerates and SIFIs.
- Develop and implement effective supervisory frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and manage key risks.
- Oversee risk assessments supervisory practices and performance metrics.
- Build and lead a highperforming team while driving a culture of accountability and development.
Key Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualificationin Finance Risk Management Insurance or a related field.
- 10 years experiencein financial services with a strong background in insurance.
- At least5 years in a senior leadership rolewithin risk governance or financial oversight.
- Expertise inriskbased supervision corporate governance and financial sector frameworks.
- Strong analytical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
