Posting Summary
Perform routine skilled trades activities to maintain buildings and components with close instruction and guidance from higherlevel skilled tradespersons. Follow detailed and established guidelines. Perform duties associated with carpentry flooring drywall repairs painting door repairs lock repairs masonry plumbing electrical and HVAC systems. Manage information electronically. Promote a safe work environment and aid in properly maintain building and system operations. May operate a university vehicle and an aerial lift. This position reports to a supervisor and requires active engagement in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion environmental sustainability and delivering great customer service experience.
