The HR Systems Coordinator will act as the lead in processing staffing transactions and monitoring related workflow in Workday the firms Human Capital Management System (HCMS). The HR Systems Coordinator will be responsible for providing daytoday maintenance and quality control of HRIS data to assure accurate and timely information. The HR Systems Coordinator will work closely with various departments to compile verify and enter information into Workday as required for payroll processing and proper HR record keeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison with internal departments who consume HR data to ensure data integrity and performance.
During system implementations fully test functionality performance and usability of all updated features with a focus on aligning with Workday best practice.
Continually verify and audit data added to or within Workday in accordance with the firms organizational setup and structure.
Serve as a subjectmatter expert on Troutman Pepper Locke staffing transactions.
Ensure proper maintenance of data management while analyzing data regularly to monitor performance and check for errors.
Troubleshoot issues and available to work collaboratively to resolve if applicable.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple projects with deadlines.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word.
Ability to organize workload work independently and consistently meet timesensitive deadlines
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of one 1 year of Workday system experience preferred.
