Job Description
A smaller community hospital located just outside of Troy Missouriis seeking a fulltime permanentDirector of Radiologyto join their team!
The Director of Radiology Job Description:
- Fulltime direct hire opportunity
- MonFri schedule day shift
- Great hospital leadership and administration team!
- Responsible for planning organizing and directing the overall operation of the Imaging Services Department. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assures competency of all personnel. Assists in formulating the budget. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all Joint Commission state federal and local regulatory laws standards and protocols.
The Director of Radiology Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
- Must have ARRT certification
- Must be certified in XRay and CT Mammo is a plus
- Must have previous XRay and CT experience
- Preferable to have previous leadership experience
